When I first heard about successes being expressed by Red Light Therapy users I was immediately excited. I am a thirty five year old man and have noticed a slight loss in skin elasticity as well as an increased visibility of "marionette" lines from my nose to corner of my mouth. I began using Red Light therapy in February of 2012. When I started I went for a 20 minute session every day for the first 10 days. After that I went for 5 sessions each week--only three were recommended. I was told the more sessions attended the better the results would be. I took a "before" picture when I began. It is nine months later and after having gone for a total of 185 sessions at 20 minutes each. That is a total of 3700 minutes or over 61 hours. While I see a reduction in pore size for the next 4 to 5 hours after each session...the results do not last. I have noticed no significant change to the texture or tone of my skin when comparing before and after pictures. Sorry to report this, but it is true.
